To make up for the lost revenue, the NEA is reportedly going to be nixing the fancy entertainment and international guests of years' past at their annual NEA Representative Assembly and asking delegates to approve an increase to the so-called "ballot initiative/legislative crisis fund." Also, for reasons that have not been made public, the NEA is also under investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor. Maybe Secretary Chao will call them names too.
